The ideal person should be a problem solver with a creative approach to successfully accomplish unique, custom projects. Person should be detail oriented with the ability to work with blueprints and dimensional drawings to measure and build projects accurately. Individual must be able to work independently, as well as with the team when needed.

Fab skills (meaning, actual ability to make a part out of raw steel without guidance)

Solid Works experience

Aluminum Tig experience

Diesel mechanic experience

Ability to take control of a situation
