- SERVICE/PURCHASING MANAGER -​

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and operational management. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our service team, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Required Skills:

• Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.

• Lead, train, and mentor our technicians to ensure high-quality work and professional development.

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

• Collaborate between administration and service technicians to optimize operations and enhance our performance and business growth.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

• Computer/Internet/Application Skills

• Excellent Communication Skills (Phone/Email/Person)!

• Experience in the Automotive/Diesel Industry (for purchasing)

:Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a service management role, preferably in the automotive, heavy equipment, or related industry.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Strong understanding of service operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.

- DIESEL TECHNICIAN -

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and heavy equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other components.

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software.

• Replace or repair faulty parts, such as fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems.

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory.

• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide cost estimates.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Willing to travel/be gone for 2 to 4 days occasionally

• Hydraulic experience

• Vehicle electronics experience

• Good driving record

• Military vehicle experience

• CDL

 

- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - 

The ideal person should be someone that has a variety of knowledge in all aspects of business management, bookkeeping, and marketing but if you do not check all of these boxes, we are open to training you in according to your strengths. The Individual must be able to work independently as well as with the team when needed.

 

We do have 2 office cats, so keep that in mind before reaching out!

• Self-starter able to work independently and with a team

• Ability to take control of a situation

• Marketing experience

 

Bonus skills:

• Experience with the Fabrication/Welding industry

• Experience with the Automotive Dealership industry

• Experience with the CDL Trucking industry

• Experience with the Law enforcement industry

 

 

 

- ENTRY LEVEL APPRENTICE -

For youth interested in hands on experience/learning a trade.

Required skills:

Some hands-on experience with automotive/fabrication

Problem solving skills

High attention to detail

Success driven

Driver's License

Ideal Candidate:

Work history in said trades

Willing to do a wide range of tasks

Good driving record

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Any trade skills or hands on experience

• Excellent attitude

• Ambition to learn

Literally any trade skills

The ideal person should be a problem solver with a creative approach to successfully accomplish unique, custom projects. Person should be detail oriented with the ability to work with blueprints and dimensional drawings to measure and build projects accurately. Individual must be able to work independently, as well as with the team when needed.
